Meals on Wheels Support Services from Meals on Wheels Staff
Mow-Services was created for and by former Meals on Wheels staff and volunteers who wish to continue give back to the Meals on Wheels community by offering a better approach to hiring third parties for Meals on Wheels Support Services and paying their standard rates and fees.
Created in 2010
Mow-Services (Mow-Temporary Services) was originally created as a local community service offered by REALTECH Services, LLC which later partnered in 2019 with Support Services by Beth to launch a nationwide Meals on Wheels provider support service cooperative to lower prices to Meals on Wheels providers for Help Desk, Website and Temporary Services.
Today
Mow-Services is a LOW-COST cooperative provided by REALTECH Services, LLC and Support Services by Beth and coordinated by Sharon Hurd to provide cost saving remote support services to Meals on Wheels provider programs located in the USA.
Providing Intake, Website, Help Desk, Administrative & Temp Services
Why request a quote from Mow-Services when your Meals on Wheels organization is in need of assistance because of staff shortages or special projects? The main reason is that we are ALL Meals on Wheels people just like you and not third parties. So, you save time and money on training, administrative fees, job advertisements, screening, equipment, office supplies and interviews to name just a few. Our Meals on Wheels educational staff can even train your new employees or help transition an employee from one job to another! Best of all, we still charge the same fees as we did back in 2010 with most of our services priced $20 or less per hour. Whatever your need or level of service requirement, we can meet just about every Meals on Wheels task with an experienced professional except to make a meal and physically delivering it to a person, but who knows what we will be asked to do in the future (automated meal delivery).

Meet Sharon Hurd
Executive Director of Meals on Wheels Customer Experience
Mow-Services is so excited to have Sharon lead our Support Services division. Sharon, who also owns her own residential real estate investor and rental business, brings a wealth of non-profit experience as a founding board member and executive administrator for a 501(c)3 non-profit organization in Tennessee before joining Meals on Wheels of Central Maryland from 2016-2021 as their Director of Home Delivered Meals.
Sharon works directly with Meals on Wheels organizations nationwide, our help desk and our team of Meals on Wheels professionals to introduce and make sure contracted services work for and benefit the Meals on Wheels programs they serve.
